Ayurvedic Wheat Wallow for Diabetes (Ashtanga Sangraha)

Ingredients
  • Whole wheat - 50 grams
  • Jeera seeds - 2 tsp
  • Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp
  • Sliced Almonds - 1 tblsp
  • Clarified butter - 1 tsp


Method of preparation

Clean and soak wheat overnight as wheat grain needs extra time to swell. Then steam them till soft. Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera seeds, almonds, fennel seed powder. Adjust consistency with water. It should be like thick liquid. Add cooked wheat and enjoy.
