Ayurveda Curd Sauce for Gas trouble, Diarrhoea and Dysentry

Ayurveda Curd Sauce

1. Curd - 5 pounds

2. Black pepper - 12 gm

3. Cumin Seeds - 12 gm

4. Garlic - 12 gm

5. Ginger - 30 gm

6. Salt - 36 gm

7. Ghee - 30 gm

8. Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves and mustard seeds each - 3 gm

Method of preparation

a. Grind both Black pepper and Cumin seeds into fine paste

b. Mix item number 4-6 in curd and disolve it.

c. Warm the vessel, pour ghee cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves and mustard seeds and fry until the sound disappears








d. Then add the curd solution just fry it for 2 minutes

e. Remove the vessel from the fire and add the chopped coriander leaves and close the vessel.

Ayurveda recommends to add any vegetable in this Curd sauce in 1/4 th of Curd quantity. If you add any vegetable make sure it is fried in ghee, cooked well and added to the Curd Sauce.

Ayurveda Weight Loss Herbal Tea (Reference: Sahasra Yoga)

Ingredients

1. Triphala - Three myrobalances - Terminalia belerica, T. Chebula, Emblica officinalis - Each 1 part

2. Asana - pterocarpus marsupium (Bark Powder) - 1 part

3. Chitraka - Plumbago xyelanica (Purified Root Powder)- 1 part

4. Loha Patra - Loha bhasma - 1/8 th of total mixture

5. Haridra - Turmeric - 1 part

Method of preparation

100 ml of water + 15 gms of above powder - Boiled and reduced to 60 ml

Mix 2 gm of honey - Once or twice daily before food

Indications

Weight Loss with in 30 days.

To prevent weight gain & Diabetes

Effective preventing Insulin dependent Diabetes Prevention

Precautions

Drink adequate amount of water.

Not good for pregnant and lactating women

Ayurveda Fenu Greek Leaves Sauce

Ayurveda Fenu Greek Leaves Sauce

1. Cleaned and pound mutton and Methi leaves - Each 1 pound

2. Turmeric - 12 gm

3. Salt - 24 gm

4. Onion Juice - 30 ml

5. Garlic juice - 30 ,l

6. Curd - 100 ml

Powdered ingredients

a. Red chilli - 12 gm

b. Coriander powder - 12 gm

c. Dry Coconut powder - 12 gm

d. Kas Kas seeds - 12 gm

Other Items

1. Ghee - 60 gm

2. Jeera Seeds - 6 gm

3. Clove - 6 gm

4. Curry leaves - 6 gm

Method of preparation

1. Item no a to d mixed with water and boiled until a red extract obtained.

2. Filter the water - soak the cleaned mutton and add other items no 1 to 4 until the mutton get fully boiled.

3. Then add the Fenu Greek leaves and close the vessel until this entire thing gets cooked

4. Add Jeera powder + Clove powder + Curry leaves

Serve hot.

Ayurveda Mutton Kebab

Ayurveda Mutton Kebab (Sarabendra Paka Shastra)

Required Ingredients

Cleaned Bone less Mutton - 960 gm

Ginger - 216 gm

Coriander Seeds - 24 gm  

Cardomum - 12 gm

Saffron - 4 gm

Curd - 24 gm

Almond - 240 gm

Butter - 120 gm

Salt - 24 gm

Pepper - 6 gm

Onion - 120 gm

Sweet Thick Card - 480 gm

Cheese - 240 gm

Lime Fruits - 3 nos




Method of Preparation

1. wash and clean the chopped bone less mutton and rub it with salt, ginger juice, Curd, and finely chopped onions.

2. Then Add, Coriander seeds powder, pepper and grind all to make a paste

3. Make a paste of saffron and curd. Tie this paste in a cloth and remove all water from it. Mix this paste with almond paste, cheese and butter.

4. All the above then mixed with the mutton paste thoroughly as it become one mixture

5. Then prepare a circular pieces and this fried in the ghee until it becomes brown color

6. Serve hot if required add lemon juice over it
