Ayurveda Buttermilk - Health benefits

How to prepare Ayurveda Buttermilk?

1 cup of fresh curd or Yoghurt + 3 Cups of water - Churned in the juicer for 2 minutes. Then removes the froath and fat.

Again add 1 cup of water + 3 gm of fresh curry leaves + 3 gms of fresh coriander leaves + 2 gm of fresh Ginger - Again churn it for 2 minutes.

Taking 300 ml of this Ayurveda Buttermilk is indicated for the following disorders

1. IBS - Irritable bowels syndrome
2. Piles & fistula
3. Diarrhoea and dysentery
4. Indigestion
5. Obesity
6. Urinary tract infection
7. To ease pain during menstrual cycle
8. Gas troubles.
