Ayurveda milk tea for women

Ayurveda recommends this milk tea to improve women health

Ingredients

1. Milk - 100 ml

2. Water - 200 ml

3. Indian Asparagus root powder - 10 gm

4. Dry Ginger powder - 1 gm


                                       






Method of preparation

Mix the all above and heat it mild fire until it becomes 100 ml. Filter it and serve warm once a day in empty stomach.

M. It also increases libido. Good in cases of sexual debility, impotence, spermatorrhea, and inflammation of sexual organs. Useful for hyperacidity, stomach ulcers, dysentery, and bronchial infections
