Herbal Tea to beat Flu, Sinusitis
Ingredients
1. Dry Ginger - half tea spoon
2. Powder of Giloy (Guduchi) - Tenospora cordifolia - 3 gm
3. Powder of Solanum indicum/ S. Xanthocarpum - 3 gm
4. Long pepper powder - 1 pinch
Method of preparation
Take 100 ml of water, mix item 1-3 and boil it for 10 minutes. Then filter and add 2 gm of honey and long pepper. Drink it once a day in the morning and evening.

2. Cold and Cough
3. Sinusitis, throat pain,
4. Wet Cough (add 10 ml of Milk)
5. Dry Cough at nights (Add 10 ml of Milk)
6. Generally to protect the Respiratory systems
7. Asthma and Allergies
8. Repeated Respiratory and throat infections.
