Method of
preparation
1. Wash
green gram and soak in water over night
2. Wash
rice thoroughly
3. Clean
the wheat, break it and roast in until it becomes golden yellow color
4. Heat
the pan with ghee and fry the cumin seeds until it becomes splatter
5. Add
roasted wheat, cleaned and water soaked rice and green gram
6. Add sufficient
water and salt
7. Until
the water completely dries up, continuously stir. / Add sufficient water and
pressure cook.
8. Always
to be served hot
