Ayurveda milk tea for women
Ayurveda recommends this milk tea to improve women health
Ingredients
1. Milk - 100 ml
2. Water - 200 ml
3. Indian Asparagus root powder - 10 gm
4. Dry Ginger powder - 1 gm
Method of preparation
Mix the all above and heat it mild fire until it becomes 100 ml. Filter it and serve warm once a day in empty stomach.

a. Preventive women health
b. Menstrual problems / PCOD/ PCOS
c. Good remedy for pre and post menopausal syndrome
d. Menstrual colic and post menstrual weakness
e. Improve fertility
f. To strenghten the bone and joints
g. As a diet to prevent all female reproductive disorders both for young and older women
h. Reproductive health by toning and nourishing the female reproductive organs
I. Maintains healthy hormonal balance
J. Supports normal production of breast milk for nursing mothers

2. Parpataka - Mollugo cerviana - 1 part
3. Udeechya - Black variety of Vetiveria zizanioides - 1 part
4. Usheera - Vetiveria zizanioides - 1 part
5. Chandana - Santalum album - white Sandal - 1 part
6. Nagara - Dry Ginger - 1 part
Method of preparation
Take 1 liters of water + 1 table spoon of each of this herbal powder - Boil this mixture in mild fire for 15 minutes. Filter and drink this Ayurveda water for all drinking.

1. Indigestion
2. Hyperacidity
3. Flatulence
4. Constipation
5. Itching sensation all over the body
6. Heaviness in the abdomen
7. Dryness of the mouth and palate

Herbal Tea to beat Flu, Sinusitis
Ingredients
1. Dry Ginger - half tea spoon
2. Powder of Giloy (Guduchi) - Tenospora cordifolia - 3 gm
3. Powder of Solanum indicum/ S. Xanthocarpum - 3 gm
4. Long pepper powder - 1 pinch
Method of preparation
Take 100 ml of water, mix item 1-3 and boil it for 10 minutes. Then filter and add 2 gm of honey and long pepper. Drink it once a day in the morning and evening.

1. Running Nose, Flu
2. Cold and Cough
3. Sinusitis, throat pain,
4. Wet Cough (add 10 ml of Milk)
